JNC as a brand was first launched in Denmark in the early 1980, supplying desktop computers for commercial markets in Scandinavia. By the mid 1980s, the business scope of the brand diversified into Asia, with the main business being supplying IT and computer equipment for the 8,000 plus employees and users within the Jebsen Group of companies. During this time, JNC also manufactured Air Conditioners and other white goods in Taiwan for the Asian markets.

Under the leadership of Mr. Markus Jebsen, the brand was relaunched with the charter to become a leading technology brand in 2000.

Since its relaunch, JNC has focused only on new digital products, with emphasis on LCD TV, DVR, MP3 and Digital Cameras, which are compatible with all leading PC platforms, capitalize on this growing demand, allowing our customers to capture and manage the digital information that these devices produce and use.

JNC is the top selling brand in Hong Kong in the LCD TV category and MP3 players. JNC was awarded the GFK No. 1 for sales of LCD TV over 27", and for MP3 players in Hong Kong in 2004/5.
